The vineyard of Les Vireuils produces wines of such great quality that it is allowed to have its name on the label, something usually reserved for Premier and Grand Crus. Round and rich yet delicate and tense, this is a hugely enjoyable wine that demonstrates how Burgundy produces the best chardonnays in the world. Vintages 2010 Taste The extremely small and selective production has resulted in pure flavours of stone fruits, vanilla pods and spice. There is a fair bit of weight behind it, with well integrated oak and a clean citrus finish with mineral flecks. An ideal food wine. Food & Wine Drink with roast chicken or pasta carbonara to bring out the richness of both food and wine.

The Dampt brothers, Eric, Emmanuel and Hervé, may only be second generation winemakers, but they produce some of the region's finest Chablis. That's why, every year, we are hot foot to their cellar door, eager to try out the new vintage. And 2013 was impressive, albeit meagre in quantity. It is the appellation's Kimmeridgian clay soils, along with a marginal cool climate that only just ripens the grapes, plus the domaine's excellent sites and exacting standards in the vineyard, that result in such special wines. This 2013 is a modern classic with a mineral, hay and citrus character that will develop honeyed intensity as it matures, whilst retaining an important streak of bone dry minerality. Enjoy with oysters, salmon or savoury choucroute. You must be over 18 to buy this product. An absolutely stunning example of Margaux bursting with plush dark fruits and spice. 2007 is not universally considered a great vintage, and that makes the success of this wine even more impressive. If you like Château Margaux, save your pennies and try this! About the Producer A jewel located on top of the highest hill in Margaux, Château Chantelune is a unique property. Its previous owner, Mr. Soubrane was a carpenter who believed in felling his trees by moonlight, claiming this gave the best quality wood. His practice gave the property its name, meaning "sing to the moon." He sold his land to José Sanfins, director at third growth property, Château Cantenac Brown. Forty year old vines thrive in the poor gravel-sand soils. The vines dig deep for water and nutrients making them strong and competitive. Production is limited to just 400 cases. The small size of the vineyards allow Jose Sanfins to produce small quantities of exceptional fruit, and so the best quality wine. Vintages 2008; 2009; 2010 Taste On the nose, loads of black fruits and spices jump out of the glass, followed by a smooth, velvety textured palate. Followed by flavours of blackberries, licorice and toast with a long finish. Food & Wine Pair with seared duck breast or a French classic, cassoulet.

Treat yourself to a glorious, luxurious and delicious champagne with one of the region's most iconic names. As Wine International magazine notes, "When you absolutely, positively, definitely have to impress, there is really only one champagne to go for - Bollinger." Bollinger's non vintage rosé is modelled on their iconic Special Cuvée. To this world renowned blend, the house adds reserve wines from older vintages, and a portion of still red from their Grand Cru vineyards. This lends the wine its gorgeous pink colour and adds extra layers of summer fruit flavour and mouthwatering complexity. It deserves to be savoured on its own though it also partners fine cuisine such as grilled prawns, wild Alaskan salmon or a bowl of summer berries. You must be over 18 to buy this product. By adding this product to your basket you are confirming that you and the recipient of the product are over 18.

Marcel Ott, an Alsatian agricultural engineer began his vineyard dream in 1896 in Cavalaire. It was in 1912, at Chateau de Selle, Le Clos Mireille, and later at Chateau Romassan, also located in the Var, that this great family adventure was ultimately launched. The vineyards encompass 110 hectares, including 48 devoted wholly to wine. He grew chiefly Cabernet-Sauvignon and Semillon with some Grenache and Cinsault. Red Wine by Saucelito Canyon from Central Coast, California. The Zinfandel Reserve is a limited-production selection from the estate vineyard, chosen from barrels that exhibit a level of intensity and quality that befit a showcase bottling from each vintage. The House Block of the estate vineyard, which is half planted to the original Saucelito Canyon old-vine clone, typically serves as the backbone of the Zinfandel Reserve. This wine is a great match for seared flank steak with herbed butter, barbecue chipotle chicken and chocolate-ginger spice cake.

White Wine by Trimbach from Alsace, France - regions. This exceptional wine is a product of the terroir in the Rosacker vineyard, located in the village of Hunawihr. This parcel of land, which stretches over 1.67 hectares, has been in the Trimbach family for more than 200 years. The south, south-east facing vines are on average 50 years old and lie on a predominantly limestone subsoil. These factors give this Riesling a unique flavor. Flavors of quinine, mint, lime, white flowers and white truffle accompanied by remarkable fruit concentration are enhanced by a refined hint of minerality on the finish. After a few years of ageing, the typical characteristics of the Clos Sainte Hune terroir vibrantly shine through the glass. Trimbach's Clos Sainte Hune wine has an exceptional ageing potential as it can age 7 to 10 years after bottling without even reaching its peak. Vintage 2007 is now available in very limited quantities.

The Marquette Grape, Vitis 'Marquette' (PPAF), is a red wine grape that combines cold hardiness and disease resistance with excellent wine quality. Tasters noted a deep red color and desirable aromas. Perfect for the Upper Midwest, Michigan, New England and Quebec. The open, orderly, and somewhat upright growth habit of Marquette is considered highly desirable for efficient vineyard management, and fruit exposure to the sun conducive to maximizing wine quality. Marquette grape has proven to be an outstanding vine. In terms of cold hardiness, it has withstood temperatures as low as -36° F without serious injury. Resistance to common grape diseases such as, downy mildew, powdery mildew, and black rot, this grape has been excellent, and the vine requires only a minimal spray program. This grape tolerates a wide range of soil conditions, but must have good drainage. Grapes are primarily grown for fruit production in home fruit gardens where they provide good ornamental value: bold summer foliage, showy fruit, some fall color and shaggy, twisted trunking and branching often best seen in winter. Grapes need a good support system like fences, walls, trellises, arbors or other structures. The grape vines can be quite attractive year-round and can provide good cover, screening, or shade to areas around the home. Grapes need full sunlight and high temperatures to ripen, so plant on southern slopes, the south side of windbreaks, or the south sides of buildings. Considered to be a good grape for juices and jellies. Birds love grapes, so be sure to plant some to share. * Red Wine Grape* Cold Hardy* Diesease Resistant

Ca' Vescovo is one of the finest northern Italian Pinot Grigios you'll ever taste. It's made entirely from premium estate grown grapes in Friuli, Italy's top white wine region. To guarantee quality, the Zonin family keep every aspect of production in house. The winemaker is Marco Rabino, who you may recall is the talent behind our hugely popular Ca' Bolani Prosecco. Amazingly, wine has been made at this exceptional estate for 1500 years. The first vineyard was planted by Roman settlers in AD 572. They took the wines back to Rome and made the area around the town of Aquileia in Friuli famous for quality white wine. We suggest you serve this wine gently chilled, with white fish, chicken, salads or fresh pasta in a creamy sauce.

Situated in western Romania just to the east of the town of Timisoara Cramele Recas is a very impressive new winery on an old site. In the last 10 years, both the vineyard and winery have been completely, and exhaustively modernised in order to be able to fully control the production process using the latest methods. The winery has been fully fitted out with stainless steel, automatic temperature controlled tanks for fermenting and storing the wine. The primary vinification facility has been completely renewed with the best possible equipment for gently crushing, destemming, pressing the grapes- in order to be able to maintain all the quality in the grapes.
