Tucked between the southern foothills of Anderson Valley and split in two by the Navarro River, Filligreen Farm is a breathtaking oasis of diversity and vitality. Their biodynamic vineyard has proven itself ideal for Pinot Gris, nurturing a subdued phenolic character and consistently bright, lingering acidity. The fruit was tenderly foot treaded (pigeage) and whole cluster pressed, then cold fermented in a traditional 360 gallon neutral oak oval to dryness.
