White Wine by Talley from Central Coast, California. This chardonnay was produced entirely from the originalsection of Oliver's Vineyard planted in 1991 and named for Talley Farms founder Oliver Talley. Light straw in color witharomas of bright tropical fruit, the 2013 Oliver's VineyardChardonnay is a beautiful expression of the Edna Valley. Subtle hints of pineapple, refreshing acidity, and earth notesresult in a wine of elegance and clarity. With an expansive finish, this wine pairs wonderfully with lobster ravioli or seared mahi-mahi.

Red Wine by Bernardus from Central Coast, California. The Santa Lucia Highlands are known as one of the premier Pinot Noir appellations of the world. One reason for this lofty reputation is Rosella's Vineyard. Gary Franscioni planted his home ranch, named for his lovely wife, in the heart of the Highlands. Gary's home vineyard is planted with a selection of the best available Pinot Noir clones and farmed with unparalleled passion and attention to detail. We at Bernardus are fortunate to have access to three small blocks: 2 planted with clone 777, and the third with the celebrated Pisoni clone. Each block is individually monitored for ripeness in order to hand-pick each clone at its perfect ripeness level. The grapes are sorted at the winery and fermented in small individual fermenters using specially selected yeasts. Once fermentation and pressing are complete, each lot is aged separately for 10 months in the finest French oak barrels. Each barrel is evaluated individually and the final selection is made through a lengthy series of tasting trials. The robe of our 2011 Rosella's is a deep crimson. On the nose we find aromas of candied red cherry fruits along with notes of oak and spice. The palate is very full and complex, exuding flavors of red cherry and berries, accented by notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. This is a beautifully intense wine that will age wonderfully for many years to come.

Red Wine by Red Car from Sonoma County, California. The Hagan Vineyard perches high above the edge of the continent fully facing the cold Pacific Ocean on the esteemed Taylor Lane west of Occidental. Dramatic, awe-inspiring and windswept, it produces wines of extraordinary complexity and perfume. Red Car leased this twelve acre vineyard in 2011. We made a thirty year commitment before half the vines even bore fruit and are proud to have utilized organic farming practices from the vineyard's inception. Along the tiny ridgeline of Taylor Lane are some of the most revered Pinot Noir vineyards in the country, including Summa Vineyard (the plot that put cool climate California Pinot Noir on the world map), Theiriot Vineyard from Littorai, and Evening Land's Occidental Vineyard. Here, at the end of the road just past these revered sites, lies our newest estate property.

Red Wine by A Tribute to Grace from Central Coast, California. This vineyard represents the second expression in what the winery calls the Grandfather series. Vineyards harking back to days of olde, where vines were planted in their most natural form: own-rooted, head-trained, wide enough spacing to easily pick into wooden boxes and organic since day dot. Hofer Ranch was planted in the pre-Prohibition days when Cucamonga Valley was a bastion of grape farming. It took a lot of acres to raise a family says current steward Paul Hofer, whose Grandfather planted the vineyard. It was 300 acres in its heyday, and now just 5 acres remain. Planted in sand, a root structure 35 feet deep, surrounded by ancient Eucalyptus and Pink Peppercorn trees.

Red Wine by Evening Land Vineyards from Oregon. 2013 La Source Pinot Noir comes from the old vines planted at the highest part of the hill, where the vines have the most exposure to the wind and where the soils are their shallowest. The Seven Springs Vineyard, farmed biodynamically and organically since 2007, is planted on iron-rich, volcanic soil, with basalt mother rocks. The biodynamic farming of the vineyard showed its worth when the rains of 2013 threatened the vintage, as this method gave the pinot noir a thick exterior and made it resilient to the harmful weather. Evening Land Pinot Noirs are hand-picked, hand-sorted, and destemmed, then treated to a 4-5 day cold soak in open-top oak and concrete fermenters before fermentation begins naturally from indigenous yeasts. Twice daily, gentle punchdowns throughout fermentation encourage soft extraction of tannins. Aging of this wine occurred in 30% new French oak barrels for 16 months, which preserves the elegance of the wine.

Red Wine by Rippon Vineyard from Central Otago, New Zealand. The farm voice of a distinct parcel of land: Rippon. On the western board of Roy's Bay, Lake Wanaka, Rippon's north-facing escarpment forms the meeting point of terminal moraines and coarse gravels, all based in schist, on which some of the region's earliest vines were planted. Rippon is a Wine issued from all of the fully developed Pinot Noir vines growing in this land.

White Wine by Bravium from Central Coast, California. Rosella's Vineyard is one of the most renowned plantings in the Santa Lucia Highlands. It is owned and farmed by Gary and Rosella Franscioni. Originally planted in 1996, Rosella's has ten acres of Chardonnay, split between Dijon clones 76 and 96. Two acres are allocated to Bravium. The estate's close proximity to Monterey Bay makes for a very cool, Region I climate. The growing season here is one of the longest in California, allowing for full flavor development on the vine. In the winery, whole cluster Chardonnay was gently pressed and fermented in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels - most of which had been seasoned for four years. Assemblage was accomplished in May with bottling two months later in July. The wine was not fined and completed a full malolactic fermentation, allowing it to be bottled unfiltered, retaining all of the wine's inherent character and complexity. Sales of this wine benefits Sip & Give. Sip & Give features a variety of worthy charities that are funded based upon your wine purchases and votes at sipandgive.com.

Red Wine by Hedges Family Estate from Yakima Valley, Washington. In 1976 Anne-Marie Liegeois said goodbye to her life in Champagne, France and left for the United States with her new husband Tom Hedges. The DLD Syrah is an homage to both the Dupont and Liegeois sides of her family. This wine is dedicated to her grand-father Marcel Dupont, Chevalier du Tastevin and bon-vivant, lover of good food and great wines. Grown on a 15 acre vineyard, named Les Gosses, this wine displays the greatest qualities of low yield farming. Earth, fennel spice and structure, the hallmarks of a great Red Mountain syrah, framed by classic French Oak barrels. Blend: 100% Syrah

White Wine by Alysian from Russian River, California. Though located on one of the most famous wine roads in America, the vineyard's address is not the only shining star here. Westside Farms again delivers a wine that is remarkably firm in stature, while at the same time delivering an abundance of fruit and texture. It is wildly refreshing on the palate, with an exotic array of mango, lime and honey supported by a fine streak of minerality. It all culminates and becomes succulent and juicy through the remarkably long finish

Red Wine by Red Car from Sonoma County, California. This Pinot Noir is a wine of wonderful paradox as it combines concentration of fruit and spice with freshness on the palate. It has quickly risen up the ranks to become a house favorite with the Red Car team. The tannins are more pronounced than their other Pinot Noirs, attributable to the intense afternoon winds in the vineyard (Zephyr was the Greek god of the west wind). Yet, the mouthfeel and body of the wine remains delicate and silky.

Red Wine by Antiquum Farm from Willamette Valley, Oregon. Power, structure, and finesse in perfect balance. Antiquum Farm is unusual in its ability to ripen lush fully mature deep dark fruit, and yet retain abundant natural acidity. This interplay creates an exciting tension that is rarely experienced. This vineyard produces mouth loads of fine-grained fruit-driven tannin. Generous treatments of French oak (40% in the Juel) never overwhelm the unique attributes of this site. A pinot unlike any other.

Made from free-range wild boar, live-trapped in Texas. It is a sought-after delicacy and a unique salame. The way we make our artisanal slow-cured salame is based on original 160-year-old family recipes that were handed down over four generations to our founder, oliviero olli colmignoli. our salame is made with pork from humanely raised heritage-breed pigs on family-owned sustainable farms. Good salumi is directly affected by the quality of the pork, and we go to great lengths to obtain the best pigs available in the USA. The pigs are humanely raised and are fed all-vegetarian feeds (antibiotic-free and never fed animal by-products). Our salame is slow-cured. We use the flavorful picnic cut (part of the shoulder). We carefully monitor water activity and ph levels while curing at very low temperatures (never exceeding 72* f) for the most gentle curing process possible, preserving the superior quality of our pork.
