Labtron Water Activity Meter is a lightweight, portable device (1.5 kg) with a 0–1.0 aw range and 0–50°C operating temperature. It features a 6-bit backlit LCD, a nonconductive humidity sensor, and displays water activity and sample temperature simultaneously. Bluetooth data output is optional.
