The crystal formation of this gemstone is so good that it is perfect for cutting and carving. We will mostly find this crystal in the shape of squares, circles, points, and tumbled. This gemstone is also known as Mexican agate. It is believed that the crazy lace agate crystal was formed about 65-90 million years ago in Earth’s cretaceous period. Till now, crazy lace agate has been found only in Northern Mexico, in the state of Chihuahua, to be specific. The price of this gemstone is modest, and it is considered to be an affordable stone.
