If power recycle does not work, we could simply reset the Netgear wireless range extender. There would be a pin hole at the back of Netgear wireless range extender. We have to enter any pin onto that home and press and hold the pin for 7 to 12 seconds. Then, it would take up to two minutes to come back to factory defaults.
