Enjoy a tour around one of these amazing vineyards, a fantastic opportunity to experience how a working vineyard and winery operate. Find out how wine is made by the professionals and then try the finished product. The tour will encompass all areas of the vineyard, from the earliest plantings to the latest, as well as many other interesting topics. After you have had a good chance to explore, indulge in some wine tasting followed by a delicious lunch. You will also receive a bottle of wine as a perfect memento of your day. Itinerary: Your experience begins with tea, coffee and a brief introduction before heading off for the tour. During the tour you will be shown a selection of vines and take part in a lively discussion on training, growing and harvesting vines. Then it's on to the winery where the wine making process - from the arrival of the grape to the bottling of the finished product - is revealed. Wine tasting is next on the agenda before finally settling down to a delicious lunch and collecting your complimentary bottle of wine to take home with you.
