Last day of holidays! I have been loving doing outdoor workouts in the heat instead of my normal gym routine these past 2 weeks! I would normally do my HIIT/cardio in the morning and weights/heavier training at night but I have been mixing it up as much as I can and my body is loving it!! Early morning walks, night runs, beach runs, body weight circuits, sprint training, paddle boarding and lots of home workouts with my trainer @danielwestt
