Mozzarella-Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breasts This recipe is to die for. I made a couple of minor changes. I added paprika and basil to the bread crumbs and dipped the chicken in an egg and milk wash before rolling it in the crumbs. I also sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on the top. I made a sauce to serve with it out of Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sour cream, Chicken Broth, Parmesan and Basil. It was delicious.
