Savory Tomato Pie, This recipe is a bit dif from mine, i omit cheese in crust, just do a traditional crust and use parmesian cheese mixed in with the mayo instead...salt pepper, some fresh basil, and you're all set, great with a salad for summer lunch or as a side dish with dinner! Made it all the time when i had bumper crops of heirloom tomatoes...try it!
