I would change up a few tiny details, make it look not so off the shelf from home depot, but this may be one of the most functional dream laundry rooms I have ever seen, down to that awesome sink! My backsplash would likely be a white subway tile like I love from kitchens I have seen.

Here is the vertical cedar fence my hubby built (with my design, lumber shopping and staining help - I'm useless with a hammer though) to cover up the two hideous air conditioning units gracing our frontage. He's awesome! I'm happy. We left lots of air for the AC units to breathe so hopefully its fine.
