Balsamic Beer Braised Pork Roast Recipe. HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THINGS DELICIOUS! This completely blew my mind. Such a simple recipe, mostly ingredients I always have on-hand. The only downside is waiting 3 hours while smelling the goodness. MELTS in your mouth, bursting with flavor. I can't say enough. Oh... and pork shoulder works fine in place of pork butt.
