What Engineers Should Specify When Buying Custom GFRP Tubes

Specifying custom GFRP tubes clearly prevents rework and failures. Define eight things: application and load case, dimensions and tolerances (noting the critical dimension), fiber type and orientation, resin system, manufacturing process, surface finish, special properties like insulation or corrosion resistance, and testing and delivery requirements. Detailed RFQs speed prototyping, reduce quoting delays, and cut redesign costs. Visit: https://www.nitprocomposites.com/blog/custom-gfrp-tubes-what-engineers-should-specify/
