In our work at CCL, we offer a design language that can help with both academic and practical questions about empathy and experience design. This approach not only stresses how important it is to understand how users feel, but it also pushes designers to make truly immersive experiences and connect deeply with people. By putting empathy first, we hope to make interactions between people and goods more meaningful. On the first point, we acknowledge that there isn't a complete framework for empathy-centered design that spans design, reasoning, and human behavior. Based on these studies, we come up with a functional definition of empathy to help people understand, talk about, and plan with the idea better. We also offer a design language that can help shape the idea of empathy-based design. Finally, using this new design language to guide us, we tell three stories about projects we've worked on to provide people a curated but open-ended experience of empathy. These projects aim to improve the quality and depth of human interaction with the main goal of improving the well-being of individuals and society as a whole. Discussions and practical exercises are fundamental components of active learning, engaging students through collaborative group work. Qualitative studies provide insight into students' experiences with collaborative learning activities and elucidate how teachers can support them. While shared education is centered on students, the instructor is crucial to the efficacy of students' learning. The educator must consider how to structure students' learning experience by providing assistance and guidance throughout collaborative activities.
